Returns for Credit
Approval for credit returns must be requested using the TechStyle RMA Form (below). Approval for credit is at the discretion of TechStyle Ltd and is subject to the following conditions.
Goods must be returned to TechStyle within 7 days of the Return Authorisation being given.
Goods must be returned to TechStyle within 30 days of the date of invoice.
Goods must be in a condition fit for resale, in original packaging, unsoiled and undamaged. – TechStyle takes no responsibility for damage to goods during transit.
Goods must be clearly labelled with PRODUCT RETURN on the exterior shipping packaging. - Please do not mark the retail packaging as this will result in the goods no longer being fit for resale and therefore voiding your return authority.
All parts / accessories must be returned with the unit (i.e. power adapters, cables, CD’s etc).
Shipping costs to return the product to us must be met by you.
TechStyle will issue a credit to your dealer account for goods which are issued with a return authority and meet the above terms and conditions. TechStyle will not provide refunds.
No Return Authority or credit will be issued for:
Goods that have been specifically imported or manufactured for the customer.
Goods that are returned to TechStyle Ltd without approval.
Goods that are returned in a condition unfit for resale.
TechStyle does not typically accept return of goods over 30 days from invoice. At the exclusive discretion of TechStyle Ltd, any goods accepted for return outside 30 days from invoice will be subject to a minimum of 20% restocking and administration fee.
Returns for Warranty Replacement/Repair
Approval for Warranty Replacement/Repair must be requested using the TechStyle RMA Form (below) and is subject to the following conditions:
Goods must be returned to TechStyle Ltd within 7 days of return authorisation.
All parts / accessories are returned with the unit (i.e. power adapters, cables, CD’s etc).
Goods must be clearly labelled with PRODUCT RETURN on the shipping packaging.
When applying for authorisation to return a product we require a clear and concise fault description in order to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Descriptions such as “dead”, “doesn’t go”, or “broken” are not suitable.
TechStyle will replace, exchange or repair goods with a return authority and which meet the above terms and conditions. TechStyle will not provide refunds.
TechStyle is bound by the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions, which vary between brands. Generally speaking, normal wear and tear, acts of god (for example a lightning strike) and negligent use or installation will not be covered by warranty. Please speak to any of the TechStyle staff if you have questions about the manufacturer’s warranty.
